Coffee: Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix *

List of Ingredients

3/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup cocoa powder
6 hard peppermint candies crushed



Recipe

Place in food processor and process until candies are pulverized. Store in airtight containers. Chocolate Mint Coffee (serves 1): 1 1/2 tbl. coffee mix, 6 ounces boiling water. Place coffee mix into bottom of a mug. Add the boiling water and stir until mixture is smooth. Garnish with whipped cream.
