    Tea: Caribbean Drink Mix

    2 cups unsweetened instant tea powder
    2 packages orange-pineapple flavored gelatin (3 ounce)
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 teaspoon coconut extract

    Recipe

    In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until blended well. TO SERVE: Stir 2 T mix in Mug of hot water
