Coffee: Fireside Spice Cappuccino

List of Ingredients
2 cups instant hot chocolate mix
2 cups creamer
1 cup instant coffee
1 1/2 cups sugar
Dash of salt
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Process until fine. Store in airtight container.
Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons for each mug of hot water, or to taste. Top with whipped cream or shaved chocolate if desired.
Makes 6 1/2 cups of mix.
