List of Ingredients

3/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee
6 tablespoons cocoa



Recipe

Blend all and store in airtight container. Mix is great presented in basket with coffee thermos, some mugs and a bar of imported chocolate. Makes 7 half-cup containers.

Mocha Coffee Mix (serves 1): 1 tbl. mocha coffee mix, 6 ounces boiling water. Place coffee mix into bottom of a mug. Add the boiling water and stir until mixture is dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
