Coffee: Spiced Mocha Coffee Mix

List of Ingredients

1/3 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons dried orange peel


Recipe

Combine all and stir til blended. Store in airtight container. Good in canister with porcelain coffeepot and matching coffee cups. Include molasses cookie mix.

Spiced Mocha Coffee (1 serving): 1 tbl. spiced mocha coffee mix, 6 ounces boiling water, shaved chocolate or cinnamon. Place coffee mix in bottom of coffee cup. Pour water over mix and stir until coffee dissolves. Garnish with shaved chocolate or additional cinnamon.
