Hot Chocolate: Spiced Brazillian Chocolate

1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
2 cups fresh brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
5 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
whipped cream (optional)
Recipe
Heat chocolate and coffee in heavy saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Gradually stir in milk and vanilla. Stirring occasionally, heat thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream and additional ground cinnamon, if desired.
