1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
1 1/2 cups hot milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
cinnamon or sifted cocoa


Recipe

Place the chocolate in a blender. Add the espresso powder, hot milk, and vanilla. Blend until frothy. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and dust with cinnamon or sifted cocoa. Serves 2
