Minted Honeydew Limeade

3 lb Honeydew melon
1 1/2 c Superfine granulated sugar
1 3/4 c Fresh lime juice
3 tb Chopped fresh mint leaves
3 c Cold water 1 cup cold ice Cubes Recipe
Remove rind from melon, discarding it, and cut enough fruit into 1-inch pieces to measure 6 cups. In a blender puree melon in batches with sugar, lime juice, and mint until completely smooth and pour into a thermos or other container with water and ice. Shake or stir limeade before serving.
Yield: about 9 cups
