List of Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups freshly brewed espresso coffee
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup light cream
2/3 cup brandy or Cognac
1/3 cup rumRecipe
In a punch bowl or pitcher, stir the sugar into the coffee right after brewing. Add the milk, cream, brandy and rum and serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes 8 servings.
