Shakes: Creamy Date Shake

2 1/4 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ice cubesRecipe
Combine first 4 ingredients in blender, and process until dates are finely chopped. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, and process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups
