    this was on a tv show.. dont remember which one.. They suggested drinking it during pregnancy to help get nutrients and also to relieve nausea.

    List of Ingredients




    2 diced papayas
    1 ripe banana
    1 cup skim milk
    1 scoop protein powder
    2 slices ginger root, grated if desired
    2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses (more if desired)
    1 cup ice cubes

    Recipe



    Combine all in blender and blend until smooth.
