    2 sm frozen bananas
    1 1/2 cup lowfat milk
    1 ct low-fat coffee yogurt - (8 oz)
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 dsh nutmeg

    Recipe



    * Combine frozen bananas, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender container. Cover and blend till smooth.
    * To serve, pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh banana slices and mint.
    * This recipe yields 2 servings.
