    1 T. fresh wheat germ
    2 T. honey

    1 t. cocoa or carob powder
    1 c. orange juice
    1 t. vanilla
    2 T. fresh wheat germ

    2 c. soy milk*
    1 c. soy yogurt
    1 c. apple sauce
    2 T. honey
