1/2 pound soft tofu -- drained
1 cup sliced banana -- (1 medium)
2 cups unsweetened orange-pineapple juice -- chilled
8 ounces unsweetened crushed pineapple
undrained and chilled
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 5 cups.
