    1 cup Water, ice cold
    1/4 cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (opt)
    1 teaspoon Sweetener (opt)

    Blend well in a blender. Good for baking. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
