    Tea: Sparkling Lemon-Mint Tea

    List of Ingredients




    3 Mint flavored tea bags
    3 c Boiling water
    1 can (16-oz) frozen lemonade Concentrate, thawed, and Undiluted
    2 1/4 ts Sugar, or equal
    2 1/2 c Sparkling Mineral Water,
    Chilled
    Mint leaves optional

    Recipe



    Combine tea bags, water, cover and steep 20 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add lemonade concentrate. stir well, add sugar or equal, stir again to blend. Cover and chill. Stir in mineral water; serve over ice. Garnish with mint. Serves 4.
