    Shakes: Thick Fruity Milk Shake

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup lowfat 1% milk or fruit juice of choice
    2 medium bananas, cut up and frozen
    1 cup chopped berries or peaches
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese, cottage cheese or tofu
    1 packet Equal® sweetener or other sweetener
    5 large ice cubes

    Recipe

    In blender, combine all but ice. Cover and blend, gradually adding ice til smooth.
