    Herb Biscuits

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs of choice OR 1 tsp. dried
    2 tubes of 10 Hungry Jack Flaky biscuits

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375F, with rack in middle. Spray entire inside of a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter it well. Pour the melted butter into the pan and sprinkle it with herbs. Stand the biscuits on edge all around the pan, as if you were pudding plates into a dishwasher. Bake them in middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow 5 minutes between removing them from the oven and actually serving them. When biscuits are done, turn Bundt pan over onto an edged cookie pan and leave it like that for 5 minutes. Some melted butter will drop out and you don't want it all over the counter. Lift pan off the biscuits and carefully transfer the "cake" of biscuits onto a serving platter. Pull biscuits apart to eat. Makes 20 very rich biscuits.
