2 Eggs
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Ground dried red pepper
2 1/2 cup Whole kernel corn
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt Recipe
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray.In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs; add buttermilk, oil, honey, red pepper, and corn. Stir until well blended.In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to egg mixture, stirring to blend well. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
