    1 package yeast
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup bran flake cereal
    3 tablespoons gluten (optional)
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup + 1 tbl. apple juice
    1/2 cup applesauce, warmed
    1 apple, grated with skin (1 1/4 c.)
