    1 cup rye flour
    2 1/2 cups bread flour
    2 tablespoons wheat germ
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup flat beer, room temperature
    2 tablespoons molasses
    2 teaspoons orange rind, grated
    6 teaspoons unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup water (110-115�F)

    Put all ingredients in order given into pan. Select thin crust and start the machine.
