    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
    3 cups bread flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/3 tablespoons butter
    1 cup milk

    ***ADD FOLLOWING 1ST KNEADING***
    2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2/3 cup cooked crumbled bacon

    Recipe



    Bring all ingredients to room temperature and put into bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
