2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
1 egg
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour up to 3
1 tablespoon active dry yeast Recipe
1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle. Start.
2. Once cycle is complete, shape dough into 8 to 10 balls. Arrange in a greased 9 inch pie pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. 3. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F (205 degree C) oven for about 45 minutes, or until the rolls begin to brown.
