    1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup oat bran
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon gluten, wheat
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 1/4 cups warm eggnog

    Set machine's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "start."
