    3 cups bread flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup butter, room temperature
    3/4 cup scalded milk
    1 egg + 1 yolk, room temperature
    1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
    2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
