    Banana Nut Corn Bread

    List of Ingredients

    16 ounces corn bread / muffin mix
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup milk

    Recipe

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended. Spoon into two greased 8-in. X 4-in. X 2 in. loaf pans. Bake at 350¼F for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
