List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup white or whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg or equivalent
1 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
1 16 ounce can creamed corn
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped red pepper or pimento
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno chiles
Recipe
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Blend together. Bake 425 F for 35 - 40 minutes in a 8 inch square pan or 15 - 20 minutes in muffin pans.
