    Sour Cream Cornbread

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup self rising cornmeal
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1 cup sour cream or yogurt
    1 8 ounces can cream corn

    Recipe

    Tips: use a cast iron skillet which is preheated, remember to put about 2 Tbl of vegetable oil in skillet . Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9" pan or cast iron skillet. Bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes. Let set before cutting.
