Grilled Cheese Loaf

1 package cream cheese (3 oz) -- softened
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened
1 cup Mozzarella cheese (4 oz) -- shredded
1/4 cup green onions -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 loaf French bread (1 lb) -- sliced
Recipe
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter. Add cheese, onions and garlic salt; mix well. Spread on both sides of each slice of bread. Wrap loaf in a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 28 in. x 18 in.); seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium coals for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Unwrap foil; grill 5 minutes longer.
