Biscuit Muffins

1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup lemon-lime soft drink
2 cups biscuit mix
3 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted and dividedRecipe
Combine sour cream and soft drink in a medium bowl; stir in biscuit mix with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans; brush with half of butter. Bake at 450ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Brush with remaining butter, and serve immediately. Yield: 2 dozen.
