Hazelnut Bran Berry Muffins

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Oat bran
2 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Large egg
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups Brown sugar
2 1/2 cups Milk
1 1/4 cups Orange juice
5 cups Hazelnuts
1 quart Raspberry Recipe
Preheat oven to 400¼F. In a large mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, milk and juice. Add this mixture to dry ingredients; blend just until moistened. Gently stir in hazelnuts and berries. Portion batter into lined or greased muffin tins, about 2/3 full (approximately 1/3 cup batter). Bake in heated 400 degree F. oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 48.
