    Honey: Honey Breakfast Muffins

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup yogurt
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    3 tablespoons apple sauce
    3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    1/4 cup blue cornmeal
    2 tablespoons wheat germ
    2 tablespoons millet
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt

    Recipe

    Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Combine and stir all wet ingredients, in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry and mix just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Divide mixture into 12 muffin cups, lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400�F for about 18 minutes or until golden brown.
