2 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Corn meal
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Sugar, granulated
3 Eggs
2 cups Milk
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt Recipe
Sift together thoroughly the flour, corn meal, salt and baking powder. Set aside. Beat the eggs and sugar and stir in the milk. Add to the flour mixture. Blend in the melted butter. Pour into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 350¼F for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot.
