    List of Ingredients




    2 cups Flour
    1 tablespoon Baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1 Egg, beaten
    1/3 cup Butter, melted
    1/2 cup Heavy cream, unwhipped
    1/4 cup Irish whiskey
    1/4 cup Coffee liqueur

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400¼F. Sift the first 4 ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients, until moistened. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
