Lemon Yogurt Muffins w/ Lemon Glaze

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup plain yogurt room temperature
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Lemon Syrup :
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water Recipe
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt, set aside. In another bowl, combine sugar, honey, eggs, yogurt, butter, and rind. Add dry ingredients, mix. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until wooden pick in the center comes out clean. To make syrup, combine ingredients in a saucepan, boil 1 minute. Drizzle syrup over warm muffins. Makes 12 muffins.
