    1 3/4 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup milk
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 egg
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    20 oreo cookies, coarse chopped

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg. Stir into flour mixture with butter until just blended. Gently stir in cookies. Spoon into 12 lined or greased muffin tins. Bake at 400ºF for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and cool. Makes 1 dozen.
