    List of Ingredients




    2 cups Flour
    3 tablespoons Butter melted
    4 teaspoons Baking powder
    1 tablespoon Garlic oil**
    1/2 cup Romano cheese
    2 Cloves garlic diced
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 cup Green onion tops diced
    1 tablespoon Sugar
    1/4 cup (2 oz) diced pimientos
    1 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Sliced green olives
    1 Large egg

    Recipe



    Combine first five dry ingredients and in a large mixing bowl. Measure the next five ingredients and combine in blender on high speed until garlic is thoroughly chopped. Add the green onions, pimientos and olives to the dry mixture in the bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir not over 10 seconds to combine. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 375¼F for about 20 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned. Makes 14 muffins.

    **For making garlic oil: Peel garlic cloves and put into a pint jar. Cover cloves with salad oil or olive oil. You will not only have garlic cloves readily available for use in the refrigerator, but garlic oil for baking.
