Basil & Pine Nut Spread

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons coarse grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
In food processor finely chop all but oil and cheese. Stir in oil and cheese until blended. Serve with flatbreads or crusty sliced Italian bread. Makes about 3/4 cup.
