Chocolate Nut Butter

1 1/2 cups nuts (whatever kind you like)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals (optional)
1 teaspoon waterRecipe
Place nuts in blender or food processor. Cover and process until finely ground. Add half of butter. Cover and process for about 3 minutes or until mixture is spreadable. Transfer to small mixing bowl. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, heat remaining butter and chocolate chips over low heat till melted. Stir nuts and chocolate together. Chill covered up to 3 mos. (Can add coffee crystals dissolved in the water if desired). To serve, let stand at room temp about 1 hour.
