    Cranberry Orange Cream Cheese Spread

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces fresh cranberries
    2 whole unpeeled oranges, cut into 1/4's
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
    1/4 cup white granulated sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2, 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese

    Recipe



    Place cranberries and oranges in blender/food processor
    until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed and finely chopped. Use as a spread on bagels, toast, sandwiches, or as a dip.
