4 tomatoes, seeded and fine chopped (1 lb)
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
In bowl, stir together all ingredients; cover bowl and store in refrigerator several hours. Serve with Cheese Toast. Makes 2 cups.
