    1/2 cup (1 stick) well-chilled unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces

    1/4 cup honey

    1/3 cup pecans

    Recipe



    Blend butter, honey, and pecans in food processor until smooth.

    Serve at room temperature with waffles, pancakes, or muffins. (May be made up to 1 week in advance if covered and refrigerated.)

    Makes 1 cup.
