1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepperRecipe
Whisk all together in a small bowl. Can add 1/4 tsp rosemary instead of oregano, or use both. Pour into small decorative saucers or small bowls. Serve with a crusty french or Italian bread sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
