    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cups pine nuts
    1 1/4 cups honey
    2 1/2 teaspoons fine grated orange zest
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

    Recipe



    Sterilize jars and lids. In 4 cup glass measure cup combine all. Stir to mix well. Using tongs, remove 1 jar from water, draining well. Pour honey spread into jar. Remove lid (drain well) and place on jar, seal tightly. Repeat with rest of spread and jars. Store at room temp for up to 2 mos. Mix well before using. Makes 2 cups.
