    1 pk Cream cheese - softened (8 oz)
    1 tb Granulated sugar
    Pinch salt
    1/2 c Crushed strawberries
    1 ts Lemon juice

    Recipe



    Whip cheese until light. Combine sugar, salt and strawberries. Let stand for 10 minutes; drain well. Blend strawberries and lemon juice with cheese. Makes about 1 cup
