1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes oil-packed
2 tablespoons Italian parsley leaves
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons coarse grated parmesan cheese Recipe
In food processor, finely chop first 6 ingredients. Stir in the oil and cheese until blended. Serve with flatbreads or crusty sliced Italian bread. Makes about 3/4 cup.
