    Banana: Sour Cream Banana Bread

    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed banana (about 3)
    1/2 cup nuts
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Cream the butter with the sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingreddients and mix well. Add the mashed bananas, nuts and sour cream. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
