Banana: Cake Mix Banana Nut Bread

List of Ingredients

18 ounces yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed ripe banaanas (2 medium)
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Recipe

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk. Add bananas; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into 2 greased 8"x4"x2" loaf pans. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Yield: 2 loaves
