Chocolate: Walnut Brownie Loaf

3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1-3/4 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped walnuts Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a medium bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with flour, beating well after each addition. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 65 to 75 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in the center. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
