List of Ingredients
5 ripe bananas
3/4 cup honey, liquefied in microwave 30 sec.
1/4 cup light olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour, sifted
2 teaspoons bakikng soda
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mash the bananas thoroughly and mix well with the honey, olive oil and vanilla. Mix separately the flour, baking soda and walnuts. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet ones, stirring until just mixed. Pour batter into a nonstick 8" square baking pana nd bake for 45-60 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and remove from pan. Serves 9.
